Tuna-Scape Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Tuna Albacore - Wild Caught
  • 8 Sassy Scapes
  • 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1/4 cup Pickle Relish Vienna is good
  • 2 tsp Spicy Brown Mustard or Regular Mustard
  • 1 tsp Fresh Pepper Tellicherry is good
  • 4 Hard Boiled Eggs Bring water to boil then turn off burner and let eggs sit for 10 minutes
  • 1 French Bread or your favorite sandwich rolls

Notes

Make Hard boiled eggs.
Put 4 eggs in small pot and add enough water to cover eggs.
Hard Boiled Eggs
Bring water to boil with eggs and then turn off heat. Put lid on pot and let eggs sit for 10 minutes without heat.
Pour cold water on eggs and then peel.
Mix tuna, Sassy Scapes, miracle whip, pepper, pickle relish, hard boiled eggs and mustard in medium size bowl.
Add mixture to your favorite bread and enjoy!
